The PRX-T33® No needle bio-revitaliser is an innovative chemical  peel which stimulates the regeneration of the skin without involving exfoliation of the top layers of the skin, and therefore does not require a long recovery period. It helps to strengthen the radiance and brightness of the skin, corrects skin imperfections and reduces scars and stretch marks. Based on the intensity of exposure to the skin, it refers to the median peels.

This means that it does not only remove the toughened skin, but penetrates deep inside, acts on the epidermal skin layer down to the basal layer, stimulating it to actively renew and regenerate.

Due to the unique composition of PRX-T33®, the solution very quickly, almost instantly penetrates the dermis, activates all the processes of skin regeneration/renewal, however, does not damage the epidermis at all. The PRX-T33 represents the latest generation of TCA peel. It is an innovative formula composed of 33% TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid), 5% Kojic Acid and Hydrogen peroxide.

Action of the main components of the PRX-T33® on the skin:

• Trichloroacetic acid 33%. It stimulates the growth of fibroblasts in the skin, at the same time it has an anti-inflammatory effect, effectively cleans pores from accumulated cutaneous fat, debris of cosmetics and micro particles of dirt, destroys pathogenic bacteria that cause acne formation, and increases the elasticity of the dermis.

• Hydrogen peroxide 3%. It has a strong antiseptic effect on the treated area of the skin. Upon contact with the epidermis, hydrogen peroxide promotes the release of a huge amount of oxygen, which mechanically cleans the skin surface from all types of contaminants. In addition, hydrogen peroxide fills skin cells with pure oxygen which increases the sensitivity of receptors.

• Kojic acid. The main purpose of this component is to brighten the treated area of the face. The chemical composition of this acid suppresses the production of melanin. Formerly, it was used to eliminate pigmentation, freckles, to remove traces of post-acne, chickenpox, small scars and cicatrices. This way a long and painful procedure turned into a quick and painless one.

To obtain optimal results, several biorevitalisation sessions are often necessary. The number of sessions varies according to the area of the body being treated and the initial state of the skin, the main aggravating factors being age, sun exposure and smoking. For a rejuvenation of the facial skin, 1 to 5 sessions are recommended, with 7 days between the sessions. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS TO THE PRX-T33® PROCEDURE:

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding

• lt is not recommended for patients allergic to Kojic acid (risk of itching) and latex.

• Damage to the facial skin, fresh wounds, pustules;

• Infectious and viral diseases, especially if accompanied with cutaneous manifestations (herpes, for example);

• High sensitivity of the skin

PROCEDURE OF PRX-T33 TREATMENT:
Before performing the procedure, a consultation will be performed to check treatment suitability.

Your skin is then prepared with a mild cleanser, rinsed and dried thoroughly. 

Using a manual deep facial massage, 2 ml of the facial peeling solution is applied per area. This is repeated 2-5 times, on each area of the face / neck / décolletage. The product is then massaged firmly until it is absorbed, and a palpable or visible elasticity is observed.

 You will be able to continue with your daily activities immediately after treatment. You may experience a slight reddening of the skin , but this will subside after a couple of hours.
