COVID-19 GUIDELINES
Coronavirus Protection Plan
We are excited to welcome you back to THE THERAPY ROOM. To ensure you are comfortable and safe during your visit, we’ve introduced several protection and social distancing measures to keep the therapist and much-loved customers safe.
BOOKINGS
All bookings will be made via a centralised online booking system or by telephone. Please check our online booking system for available slots.
ON ARRIVAL
Please arrive at the allocated time of your appointment, for social distancing purposes we will aim to stagger clients’ arrivals. We ask you to arrive alone - unaccompanied and without excessive bags. You will be required to wash and sanitise your hands; your therapist will be waiting for you in the treatment room.
PRE-TREATMENT QUESTIONNAIRE
Upon arrival your temperature will be checked by the therapist and you’ll be asked a series of question regarding your health.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients will be required to keep their own coat/clothing and bag(s) with them whilst in the treatment room. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the customer. Please limit what you bring with you.
DRINKS
Please note we will not be serving teas or coffees, so we advise you bring your own refreshments.
PAYMENTS
To minimise contact we strongly encourage that payment is made online. However, we still are accepting cash if this is your normal method of payment. If paid online, you will be asked to make full payment for your treatment. We will require 24hours’ notice for any cancellations. Please check our terms and conditions.
PPE
In line with published Governmental Guidelines your therapist will be wearing PPE during your treatment. Gloves will be worn in appropriate treatments. We encourage you to bring and wear a face mask during your treatment. However, should you arrive without one, it will be provided. This is to protect you and your therapist and we kindly appreciate your support with this action.
HYGIENE MEASURES
Whilst closed we have had our premises deep cleaned, and we will be disinfecting all touch point surfaces between appointments and clients. As standard practice, all beauty stations are disinfected and materials are changed after every customer.
